Regional Tourism Organisation/Agencies

Destination Fiordland
Destination Fiordland is the Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) for the Fiordland area, responsible for the destinational marketing of Fiordland, incorporating the holiday resorts of Te Anau and Manapouri, as well as the scenic icons of Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound. Destination Fiordland provides information on products and services available to visitors to the Fiordland area.

Destination Queenstown
Destination Queenstown's role is to co-ordinate, facilitate, motivate and develop the marketing of Queenstown.

Tourism New Zealand
Tourism New Zealand is an international marketing agency responsible for marketing ‘destination New Zealand’ offshore. Their website provides travel information, maps, driving routes, activities and accommodation information to help you plan your New Zealand holiday.

Great South
Great South is the official government department to promote, facilitate, motivate and develop the marketing of Southland.

Stewart Island Promotions Association
Stewart Island Promotions Association is the local tourism association, working to provide information and marketing of Stewart Island to visitors.

Department of Conservation
The Department of Conservation (DoC) is a government department which works to protect New Zealand's natural and historic heritage, provides public conservation places.

International Antarctic Centre
The International Antarctic Centre, located adjacent to the Christchurch International Airport provides an exciting experience of Antarctica for visitors of all ages.  Little Blue Penguins are on view and there's an opportunity to get "exchillarated" in the Antarctic Storm room.  Customers can learn about the historic explorers and Scott Base, visit the simulated 4D extreme theatre and try the Hägglund ride (amphibious vehicle).

Canyon Food & Brew Co
